3. Merchandise Refunds & Returns:

  • Apparel and accessory items are made-to-order via Printful and cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at help@yachtedit.com with a photo. Verified items will be replaced or refunded.

4. Creative Services Refunds:

  • Payments for marketing or video production services are generally non-refundable once work begins.
  • If deliverables are not provided according to an agreed scope, contact us to resolve, including possible partial or full credits.

5. Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping, and contact information.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Fulfillment: All merchandise is produced and shipped by Printful, our fulfillment partner.
  2. Shipping Costs & Times: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to production, carrier, or customs issues.
  3. International Shipping & Duties: International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes.
  4. Lost or Damaged Shipments: We are not responsible for items once shipped, except for verified defective or misprinted items.
  5. Order Tracking: Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order ships.

 

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

  1. Clients with a signed contract may use delivered creative content freely for marketing and commercial purposes, indefinitely.
  2. The Yacht Edit reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, or social media, unless restricted by contract.
  3. All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is property of The Yacht Edit LLC and may not be copied or used without express written permission.
  4. User-Generated Content: By tagging, posting, or otherwise sharing content related to The Yacht Edit LLC on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, or other sites), you grant The Yacht Edit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and share that content on our website, social media, marketing materials, and portfolio. You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you post and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

  1. Project Acceptance & Declination: We reserve the right to accept or decline projects at our discretion.
  2. Deliverable Timelines: Timelines are mutually agreed upon for each project. Reasonable efforts will be made to meet schedules, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
  3. Independent Contractors: Work may be completed by contractors under our supervision; The Yacht Edit remains fully responsible for the quality and completion of all work.
  4. Portfolio Rights: As stated, we may showcase client work in marketing or social media.
  5. Non-Disparagement: Clients may not post false, negative, or defamatory statements about The Yacht Edit, its employees, or contractors.
  6. Limitation of Liability: The Yacht Edit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from services or products provided.
  7. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including weather, illness, equipment failure, or carrier issues.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of website content. Reliance on any material is at your own risk.
