Refund Policy – Merchandise

1. Made-to-Order Products
All apparel and accessory items are custom-made and printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us Within 7 Days:
Email help@yachtedit.com or call +1 954-371-2044 within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo(s) showing the defect, damage, or error
2. Verification & Resolution:
Once verified, we will:
- Replace the item at no cost to you, or
- Issue a full refund, depending on the situation
3. Shipping Costs for Replacements:
If the issue was caused by The Yacht Edit or Printful, we cover shipping for replacements. Otherwise, customers may be responsible for shipping costs.
3. Reporting Timeline
Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Shipping & International Orders
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier, except for verified defective items.
- International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and import fees.
